Killearn Country Club Renovation

Improvements to the Killearn Country Club will include a new Tennis Facility and Pool Bar that provide great views toward the newly improved tennis courts and direct access for patrons poolside. This building will include restrooms, tennis proshop, ample covered seating, over 25 feet of bar top seating and a private cabana. The Clubhouse improvements include complete demolition of the vertical structure and new construction of a state of the art facility over an existing partial basement and slab foundation. The facility is designed to complement the ‘Killearn’ heritage and improve the image of the club while providing a new golf pro shop, restrooms/lockers, full kitchen, dining/event space for 150, private dining and players lounge/bar. Large exterior covered patios are also included on the pool side with multi-tiered patios that include exterior fireplaces and lounge seating that engage the putting green area and will be great gathering spots for players or members to enjoy the views through the majestic oaks and the surround golf course. Additional future phases will include additional out building demolition combined with outdoor event venues and golf services improvements.
